I was supposed to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The evening before I was due to arrive they called to say that the room was flooded. Yes, of course it happens. But the manager knew already in the middle of the day. Instead of calling to let me know as soon as he could, he left it 8 or 9 hours before informing me. How on earth did he expect me to find a hotel room in London for the following day at 9pm at night for any reasonable price and in a reasonale location. This just stinks! In the end I had to book another hotel miles away at twice the price. If you are looking for customer service, this is not the place. more
